Delivery Regions & Customs Information

• European Union (EU):

Orders are shipped directly from Germany with no customs duties or import VAT for EU customers.

• United Kingdom (UK):

As the UK is no longer part of the EU customs union, shipments to the UK may be subject to import VAT or customs charges upon arrival.

These costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Rest of the World: Shipments to the rest of the countries may be subject to import VAT or customs charges upon arrival as per the country specific law.

Cancellations & Returns (UK & EU Customers)

In compliance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) and EU consumer law, you may:

·        Cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

·        Note: This cancellation right does not apply to bespoke or custom-made items, as detailed in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

·        Request a full refund once items are returned in their original condition and packaging.
